After months in the planning and an exhaustive consultation process with our customers, we were delighted to launch our shiny new website at the end of May.

The single biggest enhancement is the inclusion of an online shop, which enables new and existing customers to place orders, both large and small, more efficiently and at any time that suits.

Linked to our online customer database to allow for the instant generation of electronic invoices, the shop features a number of secure online payment methods and a menu of different delivery options.

We hope you will agree that the end result is a cleaner, easier to use site. It is still packed with all the technical product information you need to make the right choices, but the new categorised product search facility makes it quicker for customers to home in on exactly what they are looking for.

However, sometimes there is no substitute for good old-fashioned one-to-one customer service and the ability to get expert advice before placing an order, ensuring that the product you eventually order meets all your specific needs and requirements. Our staff remain on hand at the end of the phone or on e-mail to offer their decades of industry expertise.

Another new feature of the site that will soon be coming into its own is this blog, which will feature regular updates from TYM on new products, special offers and industry developments.
