Why choose silicone sheet.
Our range of silicone sheet is a high-quality, versatile sealing material manufactured for applications requiring excellent temperature resistance, flexibility and long-term durability. Silicone sheet offers outstanding resistance to UV, ozone, moisture and weathering, making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Its flexible, non-porous surface makes it an excellent material for producing silicone gaskets, seals, washers and custom rubber components across a wide range of industries.
Our silicone rubber sheet can operate across a wide temperature range, typically from -60°C to +230°C, while maintaining its flexibility and sealing performance. This makes silicone sheet particularly suitable for applications exposed to high or low temperatures where conventional rubber materials may not be suitable. We can supply silicone sheet in a range of grades, hardnesses and thicknesses, including materials suitable for specialist applications such as food processing, pharmaceutical, medical and engineering environments.
As a UK silicone sheet supplier and gasket manufacturer, we provide material and converted components for customers throughout the UK and across a range of industrial sectors, including engineering, food production, pharmaceuticals, electronics and general manufacturing.
Excellent Temperature Resistance
Silicone sheet performs reliably across a wide temperature range, typically from -60°C to +230°C, making it suitable for applications exposed to both high and low temperatures.
Long-Term Weather Resistance
With excellent resistance to UV, ozone, moisture and weathering, silicone sheet is designed to maintain its properties in demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
Versatile Sealing Material
Available in different thicknesses, hardnesses and grades, silicone sheet can be used to manufacture gaskets, seals, washers and other bespoke sealing components.
Flexible & Long-Lasting
Silicone sheet remains flexible and resilient over extended periods, helping to provide reliable sealing performance even when exposed to repeated compression, temperature changes and demanding operating conditions.

FAQ'S
While silicone has excellent resistance to heat, UV, and chemicals, it’s not suitable for high-pressure sealing with petroleum-based oils or where mechanical abrasion is frequent. It can also tear if stretched excessively.
Yes - silicone sheet can be bonded using silicone adhesives or RTV sealants. Surface preparation (cleaning and roughening) helps improve adhesion.
Yes. Silicone is naturally water-resistant and maintains its properties even in humid or wet environments, making it suitable for outdoor and marine applications.
Silicone rubber offers excellent resistance to many oils, greases, and chemicals. However, it is not recommended for applications involving strong acids, alkalis, or petroleum-based solvents, which can degrade the material over time.
Silicone rubber has a very long service life - it remains flexible and stable for many years, even when exposed to sunlight, ozone, and temperature extremes.
Standard silicone sheets are electrically insulating, but special conductive silicone grades are available for use in electronic or anti-static applications.
