Why choose rubber sheet
Our Solid Rubber Sheets are engineered for reliability, durability, and versatility across a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Made from high-quality elastomers - including FKM (Viton®), Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, and Neoprene (CR) - these sheets offer outstanding resistance to abrasion, weathering, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
Whether you need dependable sealing in harsh chemical environments, long-lasting weatherproofing, or general-purpose gasketing, our solid rubber sheets deliver consistent performance and long service life.
Viton (FKM) Rubber
Viton (FKM) is a high-performance fluoroelastomer known for its outstanding resistance to heat, oils, fuels, and aggressive chemicals. It performs well in harsh industrial and automotive environments where high temperatures and chemical exposure are common, such as in seals, gaskets, and O-rings. Viton is durable and long-lasting but tends to be more expensive and less flexible in very low temperatures.
Nitrile (NBR) Rubber
Nitrile (NBR), also known as Buna-N, is a synthetic rubber widely used for applications requiring good resistance to oils, fuels, and greases. It’s commonly found in fuel hoses, oil seals, and gaskets for automotive and industrial equipment. While nitrile offers strong mechanical properties and abrasion resistance, it is less resistant to weathering, ozone, and extreme cold.
EPDM Rubber
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber best known for its excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, and water. It’s often used in outdoor and automotive applications such as seals, hoses, and roofing membranes. EPDM remains flexible at low temperatures and withstands sunlight and steam well, though it performs poorly in contact with oils or petroleum-based fluids.
Neoprene Rubber
Neoprene (CR), or chloroprene rubber, is a versatile material with a balanced combination of oil, weather, and flame resistance. It’s commonly used for wetsuits, protective gear, hoses, and gaskets. Neoprene maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range and offers moderate resistance to oils and chemicals, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, though not as specialised as Viton or nitrile for chemical or oil exposure.
