As a large consumer of silicone rubber compounds, TYM are able to offer a large variety of purpose blended and fully catalysed / pigmented silicone compounds for moulding and extrusion purposes. This service extends to cover both small and high volume users requiring from 5kg to 1000kg, pricing is highly competitive, with most compounds dispatched within 2/3 days from order, special grades 7-10 where possible.
Standard Colours are Red Oxide, Blue, Yellow, Black, Grey, White, Trans, and Green but we can match more or less any colour that you require standard.
Options for Silicone Shore Hardnesses range from 40-80, but 10, 20,30 and 90 are also available but are more expensive.
Apart from the standard range of compounds, we also offer high temp grade, Metal Detectable and high tear strength silicone compounds.
