FKM Rubber Sponge Cord is closed cell and manufactured with a skin on to provide increased tear resistance.

FKM Fluoroelastomer has a high temperature resistance as well as good resistance to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, oils, fuels and lubricants. FKM Rubber also has good resistance to acids, weathering and ozone.
