Black Polyurethane Sheet 80 Shore
Our polyurethane sheets are engineered for maximum performance in environments where standard rubber and plastics cannot keep up. Known for their outstanding wear resistance, tear strength, and impact resilience, these sheets provide reliable performance in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications.
Polyurethane offers a unique balance of flexibility and strength, making it ideal for use in conveyor systems, bump stops, linings, vibration-damping pads, gaskets, and seals. Its natural resistance to oils, fuels, solvents, and many chemicals ensures long-lasting durability, even under harsh conditions.
We supply polyurethane sheets in a wide range of hardness levels, thicknesses, and colors, with custom cutting available to meet exact project requirements. Whether you need a material that absorbs shock, resists abrasion, or provides long service life under continuous load, polyurethane delivers unmatched versatility.
By choosing our polyurethane sheets, you benefit from a material that reduces downtime, lowers replacement costs, and improves equipment performance — making it a trusted solution across industries such as construction, automotive, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESISTANCE
Polyurethane offers excellent environmental resistance, making it a reliable material for demanding applications. It is highly durable against abrasion, impact, and tearing, often outperforming rubber and many plastics in harsh conditions. In terms of moisture performance, polyether-based polyurethane provides outstanding resistance to water and hydrolysis, making it well-suited for wet or submerged environments, while polyester-based grades offer superior resistance to oils, fuels, and many solvents.
Polyurethane also resists greases and hydrocarbons, though prolonged exposure to strong acids, bases, or certain solvents may cause degradation. While it performs well in a wide temperature range, standard polyurethane is not inherently UV resistant. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause surface discolouration and deterioration, so UV-stabilised grades or protective coatings are recommended for outdoor use. Additionally, polyurethane demonstrates good resistance to fungi, mould, and mildew, particularly in ether-based formulations, which makes it suitable for humid or damp environments.
