TYM Seals & Gaskets LTD is an ISO 9001 Registered manufacturer who has ben recognised for consistently meeting our customer’s expectations with regards to quality management principles.  Originally approved in 2010, we take great pride in maintaining a high quality service.

Further, TYM operates full batch traceability of all ingredients and production processes from Despatch note to supplier batch identification. This means that TYM Limited complies with the good manufacturing practice regulation 2023/2006.

ROHS Compliant Rubber Supplier

TYM’s silicone rubber products are fully compliant with the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) regulation contained in Article 4(i) of the European Parliament and Council’s Directive 2002/95/EC RoHS mandates that manufacturers restrict the use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polychlorinated byphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic equipment.

REACh Compliant Silicone Supplier

TYM’s silicone rubber products are also fully compliant with the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (REACh) regulation (European Union 1907/2006). Our products do not contain any of the chemicals identified as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), which oversees REACh compliance.

FDA Approved Silicone Rubber Sheet

All the ingredients that make up our solid silicone sheet are in accordance with FDA regulations and the post cure is performed in conjunction with raw material manufacturer’s recommendations in accordance to maintain the FDA status.177.2600
